The impact on health of excessive stress in our lives
is increasingly in the news. Stress has been shown to be
a contributory factor to many serious conditions ... so
much so that some people think of stress itself as potential
fatal !
We all need a certain amount of stress in our lives in
order to be sufficiently stimulated and to function well.
The real issue, then, is how much stress we have and how
well we manage it in a positive way.
Ideally, we set time aside to relax, time to enjoy pursuits
that give us satisfaction - such as sports, or crafts,
perceive challenges as opportunities to be welcomed,
and don't take too seriously the set-backs that we can't
do anything about.
This CD is designed to facilitate relaxation and help
users to manage the stress in their lives as well as possible.
